Some basic rules:
-No cursing
-Stay in character, unless your in the ooc boards
-Read all rules before joining.
-Be respectful at all times
-No powerplaying
Okay, now here are the rules that are more specified. First off, you need to join with the username of the pokemon you're playing mainly. Do not repeat anyone else's pokemon username, although you may have their pokemon as one of your characters.
When making your character, you can join as one of four things:
-Guild Apprentice
-Shopkeeper
-Normal Rescue Teams
-Graduated Guild Members
Guild Apprentice: You live in the guild, you attend all guild events, and you share all profits with the guild. You still may make small rescue teams within the guild, but you may only have up to three people in yours. You may also just be a one-pokemon team, but you'll often be paired up with other one-pokemon teams in rescue and expeditions.
Shopkeeper: You will be an average joe pokemon selling rescue teams items or supplies. A boring job, but we may ask you to take it on to help us out. It would not count to your character count.
Normal Rescue Teams: You are a team of up to four people who do independent rescue work, get all money and prizes from your rewards. You can get jobs from the Great Oak's message boards, but cannot get special jobs from Flaaffy. In this, you can also be an independent rescuer, but you might have to share a tent with someone else.
Graduated Guild Members: After passing a rigourous Graduation exam, you may become a Graduated Guild member and live in the trees in the western part of the forest. You still have to share money with the guild, but you still have oppurtunities to get special jobs and go on expeditions.
When making a character keep in mind that:
-Legendaries are off-limits without permission
-All apprentices must be first level evolutions, unless you have permission, or it's like Chansey or Jigglypuff
-There can be no: Espeons, Umbreons, or Mareeps or Flaaffys
A normal intro goes like this:
Name: Your characters name, if it's different from it's Species
Species: This is easy
Gender: Male or Female
Rank: Guild Apprentice, Shopkeeper, Normal Rescuer or graduate
Team: If applicable
Team Members: If applicable
Markings: Your character may have markings, such as scars, but no unnatural colors.
History: Optional
Character: Optional
Please wait for an admin to approve your character before you start roleplaying
Expeditions: We plan to have a guild expedition every three months or so. We will select apprentices and graduates as we see fit to go with us on each particular expedition.
Buying things: In town, you can buy things from shopkeepers (duh). You can buy up to 20 oran berries at a time, but that's a stretch. No reviver seeds are available at this time, so be careful not to faint in a dungeon!
Dungeons: We will post a number of dungeons along with pokemon you might meet there. You must play the enemies yourself, but make sure not to powerplay
